Shipping policy

Shipping Overview

All orders ship from Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

We currently ship within Canada only using Canada Post.

Order Timing

Boxes ship once per month.

Order by the 18th to receive that month's box. Orders placed after the 18th will ship the following month.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping During Service Disruptions

In the event of a Canada Post strike or service disruption, shipments will be temporarily paused.

Orders will resume shipping once Canada Post service returns.

If you have an active order during a disruption, we will reach out with updates.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timelines are determined by Canada Post and may vary based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue store credit for the product cost minus shipping fees. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our curated boxes, we are unable to re-ship returned packages. If you would still like to place a new order, you are welcome to do so.

Common Reasons for Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
  • Failed delivery attempts: Canada Post will attempt delivery before returning a package.
  • Refused by recipient: If sending as a gift, we recommend letting the recipient know to expect a delivery.
